Main Dish
Pre-heat oven to 325°F
Prime Rib
- Slightly peel back foil lid for venting.
- Heat on top rack for 2 hours.
- Once hot, carefully remove from the oven and let rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Carefully remove foil.
- For more well-done prime rib, continue cooking in 15-minute increments until desired internal temperature is reached.
- Au Jus: Heat in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until warm (do not boil).
Pork Loin Roll
- Slightly peel back foil lid for venting.
- Leave twine on the loin and heat on top rack for 2 hours.
- Once hot, carefully remove from the oven and rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Carefully remove lid and cut twine off before slicing.
- Bechamel Sauce: Heat in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until warm (do not boil).
Side Dishes

- Remove lid and stir provided milk into potatoes.
- Replace lid and place on bottom rack for 30 minutes.
- Remove lid, stir well, replace lid, and bake another 30 minutes until hot.
French Green Beans
- Place pan with lid on bottom rack for 30 minutes.
- Remove lid, stir well, replace lid, and bake another 15 minutes until hot.
- Once hot, carefully remove lid before serving.
Creamed Spinach
- Place pan with lid on bottom rack for 30 minutes.
- Remove lid, stir well, replace lid, and bake another 30 minutes until hot.
- Once hot, carefully remove lid and add crispy onions on top before serving.
Turmeric Rice
- Place pan with lid on bottom rack for 30 minutes.
- Remove lid, stir well, replace lid, and bake another 30 minutes until hot.
- Once hot, carefully remove lid and stir before serving.
Mac and Cheese
- Remove lid and stir provided milk into mac and cheese.
- Replace lid and place on bottom rack for 30 minutes.
- Remove lid, stir well, replace lid, and bake another 15 minutes until hot.
Sweet Potato Casserole
- Place on bottom rack for 30 minutes.
- Remove lid, stir well, add meringue, and place back on top rack for another 15 minutes until meringue is golden brown.
Cornbread
- Slightly peel back lid and reheat for 7 minutes.
