Grilled Trout

1 Serving

INGREDIENTS:

1 Tbsp. Herb butter or a light oil
1 Fillet Trout
1/2 tsp. Seasoning salt

Preparation
  1. Place trout on a plate and brush flesh side with herb butter or a light oil to prevent the fish from sticking to the grill.
  2. Season the fish with seasoning salt.
  3. Place fillet – flesh side down on grill pointing at the 2 o’clock position.
  4. Allow to cook for 1-1 ˝ minutes.
  5. Turn the fish pointing at the 10 o’clock position and cook for an additional minute and a half.
  6. Using a wide spatula, flip the trout over and then baste the flesh with the herb butter or light oil and seasoning.
  7. Allow to cook for 1-2 minutes and ENJOY!

CHEF MIKE’S TIPS:
Trout only takes between 4-6 minutes to cook, so prepare all of your side dishes first.
